Biology

"What's the deal with climate change?"

"Deoxy-what acid??"

"Whyyyy should I care about hydrogenated fats anyway?"

So many burning questions. Things we learn (or should learn) in biology class are all around us. We are biology. Though some of the foundational concepts and definitions required to get to the more interesting content can be tedious, once a student gets through the tricky stuff they can really start putting it all together to see the big picture.

Sometimes memory work just needs a little mnemonic or word association. Once the hurdle of memorizing has been crushed, real understanding can begin and flourish. Photosynthesis, Kreb's cycle, stages of mitosis and meiosis... I have tricks and tips to make it all make sense. Let me know where you need help and I will make it happen!
